How we approach every engagement
Each service at Songkran Law begins with a thorough intake conversation. Before we advise on any course of action, we take time to understand the composition of the estate, the family relationships involved, the client's wishes, and any complications that may already be present. This investment of time at the outset typically results in a cleaner, less costly process overall.
We prepare a written summary of our understanding before any substantive work proceeds. The client has the opportunity to correct our understanding or add detail before we begin. This is a practice we consider important: misunderstandings that are caught early are far less disruptive than those that surface later.
Listen first
We spend time understanding the situation before offering any direction.
Confirm in writing
Our understanding and proposed scope are written and shared before work begins.
Keep the client informed
Regular, plain-language updates throughout. No surprises.

Legal updates and correspondence are written in accessible language. Clients are never left uncertain about what a development means for their matter.
Bar membership compliance
All practising lawyers hold current Lawyers Council of Thailand membership and observe the applicable professional conduct rules at all times.
